Joanne and Richard had their amazing Meliá Nassau Beach Wedding last summer. The Meliá Nassau Beach Hotel in located on Cable Beach which is an area on the northern coast of New Providence.

This wedding was simply amazing. The ingredients were simple. Add a beautiful Bahamian summer day, a white sandy beach, one stunning bride, one sharp looking groom and volia!

I started the day with preparation photos in Joanne’s room. There was an especially touching moment when she read a letter from the groom. After capturing the preparation photos went down to the western side of the property for beach ceremony. When we got to there one of the things that immediately stood out was the wedding arbor. It was quite unique. There was a plastic curtain attached to which danced in the island breeze. It made a pretty cool backdrop.

The Meliá has several nice wedding reception options. Joanne and Richard opted to have there’s held on an open air patio. The perfect way to enjoy a warm Bahamian Summer night. Everyone had a great evening filled with dancing and laughter.
